Community Support Programs

Arbour Counseling Services, Allston and Lowell Treatment Center offer Community Support Programs (CSP) to patients of all ages who are considered to be at risk within the community.

The programs provide a longer-term case management service with program interventions that include assisting clients in maintaining regular visits with their primary care physicians, psychiatrists and/or other treatment providers. CSPs also assist clients in making connections with community resources and help teach them valuable
skills needed to cope with daily life in their neighborhoods.

Community Support Programs receive referrals from insurance companies or mental health providers. A case coordinator then meets with the client and the client’s current providers to determine a treatment plan and assists the client in coordinating every aspect of his or her life and provides a wide range of support services to help the client reach his or her highest level of functioning.
