ARBOUR-FULLER HOSPITAL
(SOUTH ATTLEBORO FACILITY)

MUSIC THERAPIST:
Looking for a full-time board certified Music Therapist to conduct music therapy groups, activity therapy groups, and life skills groups in an inpatient setting. Duties also include conducting activity therapy assessments and participating in the treatment planning.

PHARMACIST:
Looking for a part-time pharmacist to oversee medication dispersement to our inpatient units. Some medication education to our nursing staff is expected as well.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR:
Medical Director is responsible for management of the medical staff, including DOC, for 82 bed behavioral health facility. Other duties include daily inpatient caseload, administrative meetings, and program development/enhancement. Board certified required. Previous experience as a Medical Director desired.

Cafeteria Aides (per diem):
Looking for experienced food service staff to work in our dietary department in the preparation, delivery, and clean-up of food services for our 82-bed facility. Familiairity with food preparation protocols desired.

RN/LPN-Full-time Adolescent Unit (3-11 shift):
Looking for an experienced RN or LPN to work the 3-11 shift on our Adolescent Inpatient Unit. Strong experience and/or training on age specific issues with Adolescents preferred. Benefits eligible after 30 days.

UNIT SECRETARY:
Westwood Lodge is seeking two Unit Secretaries for both of our Adolescent Units. The Unit Secretary facilitates the flow of information associated with the nursing unit's operation and provides clerical support to the unit team. Experience working in a Psychiatric setting a plus.

CASE MANAGER:
Full-time position. INSURANCE SPECIALIST:
Westwood Lodge is looking for a Full-Time Insurance Specialist. Must be knowledgeable about Insurance (Blue Cross, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's). Must have excellent communication and computer skills.

RN:

Weekend Nursing Supervisor-Per Diem:
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible to ensure that quality general and psychiatric nursing care is delivered to all patient populations hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric, emotional disorders, and addictive disease; to serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team supporting the hospital philosophy of nursing care; to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient; to provide administrative support to staff during weekends and after-hour hospital operations.

Director of Nursing
The Nurse Executive is responsible for the overall integrity of the Nursing Department and clinical issues related to nursing care delivery within the Hospital. The Nurse Executive has final authority and accountability for the planning, development, and implementation of all Nursing Care Programs in compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO, and CMS corporate guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations. Experience in an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital a plus.

Pharmacist Part-Time/Per Diem Days:
Compounds and dispenses medications using prescriptions authorized by a physician. Instructs patients on medications including potential drug interactions. Reviews patient medication history for allergies and drug interactions. Requires a BS in Pharmacy and a current state license.

Pharmacy Technician:
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for providing technical support under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Technician's duties include preparing medications, manufacturing and compounding pharmaceutical products, requisitioning and replenishing stock medications and materials and performing various quality control tasks as assigned. Prepares all medications accurately. Maintains adequate levels of stock medications and materials. Identifies, removes, and replaces outdated medications/stock in pharmacy areas. Must be licensed. Prior experience working in an inpatient Psychiatric Hospital a plus. Full/Part-time.

Mental Health Associates:

THE BOSTON CENTER

Milieu Crisis Worker:
The Boston Center is seeking a full-time Crisis Worker for our milieu. We are looking for someone to manage a crisis when it occurs and enforce our "time-out" system when a child or teen becomes overly disruptive, agitated or is not responding to verbal requests. When not handling a crisis, the Crisis Worker will be part of the milieu, interacting with the clients and aiding in their treatment at the program. (This includes participating in clinical team meetings and treatment planning).

Qualifications include minimum HS Diploma, 2+ yrs experience in residential or alternative-school setting (or related experience), strong, authoritative presence, crisis prevention and intervention skills, desire to help children and adolescents overcome behavioral and emotional difficulties and ability to relate well to children/adolescents as a positive role model.

Registered Nurses:
