Kevin Burchill joined Arbour-Fuller Hospital as the new Chief Executive Officer in March.

Mr. Burchill has more than 25 years of leadership experience as a healthcare executive, most recently working as Director of Beacon Partners, a privately held healthcare consultancy in Weymouth, Mass. While there, Mr. Burchill devel­oped a national practice overseeing enterprise planning, organizational performance improvement, IT strat­egy, service line and physi­cian compensation planning, and hospital and physician alignment strategies.

Previously, Mr. Burchill worked as CEO and Admin­istrator at Kindred Hospi­tal, a long term acute care hospital, where he aided in facility and operating plans development for its expansion to an eight facility network. He also worked at Saint Vincent Hospital, a 348-bed Medi­cal Center community and teaching hospital operating on two cam­puses, as COO.

Mr. Burchill received his Bachelor’s of Sci­ence degree in Health Services Administration at Providence College, his Master’s degree in Health Services Admin­istration from George Washington University and his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law.
